Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development
    • Assist in developing and implementing email marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, driving conversions, and retaining customers.
    • Support the marketing team in creating and refining overall marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for innovation.
    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  2. Content Creation and Copywriting
    • Create compelling email marketing content, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated campaigns.
    • Write and edit high-quality copy for various marketing materials, including web content, social media posts, and press releases.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  3. Social Media Management
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Track, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email marketing campaigns and improve performance.
    • Present regular reports to the marketing manager and team, highlighting campaign results and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor social media analytics to understand audience behavior and preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  5. Others
    • Be adaptable and willing to take on additional roles and tasks as needed during and outside of events, contributing to various marketing projects and initiatives.
  6. Additional Tasks
    • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing best practices and technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer services, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Multi-skills in creative artwork is a plus.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

MYR 2,500 - 3,000

Monday - Friday | 10am - 7pm
