MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Job Description

• Market Engagement: Assist in handling both local and overseas markets.
• Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding orders.
• Payment Coordination: Support tasks related to BL (Bill of Lading), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), and other payment processes.
• Customer Relations: Serve and follow up with customers. Host and entertain visitors as needed.
• After-Sales Service: Inform customers about shipping details and coordinate with relevant parties. Send necessary documents to customers or involved parties. Address claims, with approval from the General Manager, and gather feedback for future orders.
• Budget Compilation: Prepare the annual budget for the marketing department.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all work-related matters.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
