Marketing Executive

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive positioning, and industry trends.

2. Content Creation and Campaign Management

• Design, execute, and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and printing.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to produce promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is updated and optimized for Sales Team.
• Oversee social media platforms, create engaging posts, and analyze performance metrics.

4. Event Management

• Plan and coordinate promotional events (ex. Project Launching, Sales Gallery Exhibition, Sales Booth Event).
• Work closely with the Sales Team to provide marketing support and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers and stakeholders.

6. Performance Analysis

• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback.
• Involve in the Sales & Marketing Activities (ex. Project Launching, Sales Gallery Exhibition, Sales Booth Event).
• Perform any other relevant duties as per given by Department Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and good working attitude.
