Job Overview:

Eben Assist is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and drive sales of the company’s membership contracts, specifically focusing on outsourcing employee benefits for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion:

   • Promote Eben Assist’s membership contracts and services to corporate clients, specifically targeting businesses looking to outsource employee benefits.
   • Drive sales efforts through direct outreach (calls, emails, etc.), identifying and converting potential corporate clients.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

2. Event Management:

   • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events (virtual and in-person) to promote Eben Assist’s services and membership offerings.
   • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads and enhance brand presence.

3. Digital Marketing:

   • Manage and execute online marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
   • Develop and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.
   • Create engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
   • Monitor analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better results.

4. Content Creation & Branding:

   • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, digital ads, and video content.
   • Ensure that all marketing collateral is aligned with Eben Assist's brand identity and messaging.

5. Corporate Outreach:

   • Identify and reach out to key decision-makers in target industries to introduce Eben Assist's services.
   • Create and send compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to corporate clients.
   • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

6. Market Research:

   • Conduct market research to identify potential trends, competitors, and areas for new business development.
   • Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics and make recommendations to improve campaign performance.

7. Collaboration & Reporting:

   • Work closely with the sales and client management teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between marketing and client onboarding processes.
   • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and sales outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in a corporate or third-party administration environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content and manage social media profiles effectively.
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, and using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in B2B marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with employee benefits, outsourcing, or third-party administration.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
