Manage the annual marketing budget, tracking and reporting on ROI and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Develop and maintain the hotel’s brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
Ensure brand adoption across all forms of communication and serve as the hotel’s brand guardian/liaison, verifying all marketing reflects the brand voice.
Increase brand engagement by educating each department on the guidelines and resources needed to accurately represent the corporate and individual entity brands.
Promote brand adoption across all teams by educating each department on their specific roles in brand representation.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
Communicate any updates or changes to the brand in a timely manner.
Update brand guidelines regularly to ensure the brand remains at the forefront.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in marketing roles for international hospitality brands and companies.
Proven experience in hospitality marketing, with a track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns.
