Marketing & Communications for Paradox Hotels & Resorts - Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for Paradox Hotel at a global level, including content creation, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Write and proofread marketing content, including concept development presentations and hotel collateral materials.
  • Develop and execute the hotel’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and budgets.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, tracking and reporting on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain the hotel’s brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
  • Ensure brand adoption across all forms of communication and serve as the hotel’s brand guardian/liaison, verifying all marketing reflects the brand voice.
  • Increase brand engagement by educating each department on the guidelines and resources needed to accurately represent the corporate and individual entity brands.
  • Promote brand adoption across all teams by educating each department on their specific roles in brand representation.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
  • Communicate any updates or changes to the brand in a timely manner.
  • Update brand guidelines regularly to ensure the brand remains at the forefront.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficient in creating and posting engaging social media content and blogs, as well as running strategic paid advertisement campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in marketing roles for international hospitality brands and companies.
  • Proven experience in hospitality marketing, with a track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
