Marketing & Communication Executive

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce new campaign materials including videos, solution demos, online and e-marketing promotions.
• Assist with pre-promotion of trade shows and exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
• Support the marketing team on selected marketing activities such as consumer sampling activities, concourse activations, and artwork development.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and marketing efforts for our division.
• Plan, schedule, and create compelling social media content that will create sustained engagement among existing customers and attract new ones.
• Work with senior marketing to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns that drive growth for our brands in the form of exposure or sales depending on campaign goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure that the brand's product offerings and customer experiences align with the brand's values and goals.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends and provide thought leadership and recommendations for how the brand can continue to innovate and differentiate itself in the market.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and use insights to make data-driven decisions that optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, with their respective ad formats.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite i.e., GDoc, GDrive.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Keen eye on creativity and commercial awareness.
