Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end planning, creative development, and execution of marketing campaigns, including platform and category-specific campaigns.
Support and coordinate with a growing team of campaign marketers, providing guidance and ensuring alignment while encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as key account managers, business intelligence, social media, PR, partnerships, and graphic designers, to create and optimize campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics like order volume, GMV targets, and customer acquisition costs.
Continuously propose strategies for campaign optimization, including innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations to enhance campaign results.
Stay informed on the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and industry developments, leveraging these insights to refine and improve campaigns.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or partnership roles.
A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
A strong growth mindset with the ability to drive business forward.
Exceptional stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Capable of handling multiple tasks, managing expectations, and working with internal teams (e.g., graphic designers, key account managers) under tight deadlines and high pressure.
Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for tackling challenges and taking ownership of responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable with critical thinking, hands-on execution, and delivering solutions.
