Marketing Associate

Support and enable Marketing department, providing business program marketing support including but not limited to:

• Driving the strategy and execution of customized and scalable global partner co-marketing programs and campaigns
• Developing full year co-marketing framework and managing the approval process and plan globally
• Program Training
• Escalation management
• Noncompliance - work with IIP finance for resolution of compliance queries
• Localization of content
• Provide marketing assistance to customers using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills
• Solve problems within agreed quality standards using a good understanding of customer and the client's relationship
• Identifies and escalates complex problems to the next level of support and resolve as per agreed SLA
• Familiarizes self with the company partner marketing programs
• Help to provide solutions/suggestions to customers, following a set of SOP
• Provide a good customer service experience to customers
• Work on the client's program tools and make necessary entries
• Understand and respect language and country nuances when talking with customers in different countries
• Client management, customer service (Engage with the US clients)

Label PM

• Manage label POs
• Approve production volumes
• Manage creative exploration for new badging
• Attend weekly/monthly syncs with the internal team
• Lead monthly sync with label suppliers
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis; forecast future label volumes

Partner Studio PM

• Program manage brand assets portion of the client’s partner
• New asset posting
• Legacy asset retirement
• Consult on entitlement structure as contra programs evolve
• Partner with IT on access issues and outages

Requirement

• Degree holder in any field, Design or Marketing degree holders preferred.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Marketing Design/Artwork and related fields.
• Advertisement background will be an added advantage.
• Good reporting skills, especially in Excel or Power BI.
• Experience working in a multinational company environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Positive attitude and able to drive issues until resolved.
• Must have strong customer service/client management skills.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Willing to commit to night shift - 11pm till 8am (Mon-Fri).
• Willing to work in a remote setting within KL/Selangor.
