Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate marketing documentation for both Beverage and Health Enrichment division is raised and stored in a manner that is in compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative

1. Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. Follow up to ensure that all Purchase Requisitions and Orders are approved by stakeholders.
2. Ensure that all jobs are closed once the required work is completed, and complete and close the appropriate documentation required.
3. Maintain e-filing system for all documents so that these documents are easily accessible for tracking purposes.

Marketing Activities

1. Support marketing team on selected marketing activities such as consumer sampling activities, concourse activations, artwork development.
2. Help manage requests for sponsorship by ensuring that relevant stocks are raised and delivered to the event.

Customer Support

1. When required, attend to consumer calls received through the customer care hotline.

Skills and Experience

1. Contractual role and renewed yearly.
2. Work experience: 3 years and a minimum of 2 years in the marketing field, preferably in FMCG / Retail.
3. Personality: Vibrant and energetic with an interest in marketing.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Plus point: Background in similar industry nature- FMCG or retail.

Education

Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing
