Company Overview:

As a growing company and the sole distributor of Firemaple in Malaysia, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and services. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Administration Executive to help us streamline operations and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of company operations and inventory.

Office Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate office activities and handle scheduling, including meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage procurement processes.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
  • Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets.

HR and Recruitment:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Customer Relations:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, phone, or in person.
  • Provide support to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
