Contract Basis

Job Description:

1. Engage in lead qualification through calls, emails, and social media.
2. Answer sales queries through phone and email; process leads according to service-level agreements (SLAs).
3. Work with solutions sales specialists in assigned territories to increase focused pipeline generation through outbound calling programs on targeted accounts.
4. Prioritize and manage all marketing generated leads that enter the funnel within your assigned territory.
5. Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing and contribute to the sales pipeline.
6. Contribute to team targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and lead qualification.
7. Demonstrate a professional, customer-centric approach during all customer interactions.
8. Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls and emailing while effectively managing follow-up tasks.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. 3-4 years of cold calling, business development, or marketing experience.
4. Experience with software applications, web-based software services, marketplace services, or IT-related services.
5. Highly motivated and engaged approach to generating new business.
6. Ability to follow processes and daily tasks consistently while maintaining high attention to detail.
7. Experience speaking to senior executives.
8. Ability to clearly and effectively present information, demonstrate procedures, and respond to questions.
9. Experience using Salesforce.com.
10. Flexible in adapting to market dynamics shifts and prepared to pivot with business demands swiftly.
