Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team at Perfumize Legacy Sdn Bhd, based in Balakong, Selangor. As a fulltime Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our SME manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
• Since we are the SME Company with 10 - 100 pax, we would love to have an experienced and talented person to lead the department.

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualification or diploma in a manufacturing-related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various production equipment and machinery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders
