Job Description

• Oversee all factory accounting and financial functions
• Prepare and analyse monthly factory performance reports
• Drive cost-saving initiatives within the factory
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the factory management team to set financial goals
• Participate in strategic decisions regarding capital investment, pricing, and other financial matters
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Finance Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong understanding of financial management within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting systems
