Mandarin Speaking Project Architect (Construction & ID Firm) in PJ [GG]

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and execution within the architecture or construction industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility and leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools and architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM-related platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English, BM, and Mandarin.
• Solid architectural knowledge and technical expertise, including structural, M&E coordination, and sustainable design principles.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• Proven experience managing projects of varying scales, from residential to commercial developments.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic: up to RM 6000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Founded in 2010, our client is a prominent architectural and interior design firm, with a strong focus on healthcare architecture, based in PJ. They have successfully completed over 11 hospitals, four hotels, and more than 160 residential and commercial developments, amounting to a total project value exceeding RM1 billion.

Position: Project Architect

Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed drawings, including construction and technical documentation.
• Oversee site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve any technical issues during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
