Talent Development & Leadership Support:
Identify and nurture high-potential employees, offering tailored training and development programs to unlock leadership capabilities.
Work closely with senior leaders to understand department needs and offer strategic HR support to drive alignment with EasyParcel’s goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture Ambassador:
Act as a champion of EasyParcel’s culture by leading team-building activities and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
Promote company values through regular communication, career events, and internal newsletters featuring employee stories and updates.
Performance Management & Appraisal:
Oversee performance reviews for new hires during their probation and conduct bi-annual reviews for all team members.
Ensure feedback is transparent and actionable, fostering continuous professional growth.
Exit & Onboarding Management:
Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
Regularly check in with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during the onboarding process.
Compliance & Ethical Decision-Making:
Ensure all HR activities are legally compliant, navigating employee issues with a focus on fairness and ethical leadership.
