Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis to identify potential improvements and customizations in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Design and implement configurations, customizations, and workflows in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with technical teams to support the development of custom features or integrations.
Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate solutions align with business requirements.
System Optimization & Support:
Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring timely resolution.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.
Provide day-to-day user support and address functional inquiries from business teams.
Training & Documentation:
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance user adoption.
Document business processes, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O best practices, releases, and new features.
Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
Strong understanding of finance and operations business processes and workflows.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement.
Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, especially in Finance or Operations.
Experience in data migration, integration, and project management.
Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, or related Microsoft technologies.
Familiarity with ERP project lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
