Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather and document business requirements.

    • Conduct gap analysis to identify potential improvements and customizations in Dynamics 365 F&O.

    • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  2. Solution Design & Implementation:

    • Design and implement configurations, customizations, and workflows in Dynamics 365 F&O.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to support the development of custom features or integrations.

    • Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate solutions align with business requirements.

  3. System Optimization & Support:

    • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring timely resolution.

    • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.

    • Provide day-to-day user support and address functional inquiries from business teams.

  4. Training & Documentation:

    • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance user adoption.

    • Document business processes, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing.

  5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting:

    • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O best practices, releases, and new features.

    • Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and drive efficiency.

    • Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.

  • Strong understanding of finance and operations business processes and workflows.

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, especially in Finance or Operations.

  • Experience in data migration, integration, and project management.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, or related Microsoft technologies.

  • Familiarity with ERP project lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
