Job Responsibilities:

1. Tax Advisory Services: Lead tax strategies and planning initiatives to enhance the Group’s tax efficiencies. Provide tax advisory support to Business Units on all tax matters, including corporate & individual tax, sales and services tax, transfer pricing, tax incentives etc.
2. BEPS Reporting: Oversee BEPS reporting, including Country-by-Country reporting and Global Minimum Tax reporting and filing.
3. Tax Audits and Appeals: Manage the Group’s tax audits and tax appeals.
4. Tax Training: Develop training programs and provide regular tax training and updates to finance teams.
5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest tax developments and identify potential tax implications for the Group.
6. Collaborative Relationships: Establish and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with peers in Finance and Accounting functions within the Group and with external parties.
7. Liaison with External Parties: Act as the liaison with external tax consultants and tax authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting and Finance or ACCA
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a tax/accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of large corporations.
3. High problem-solving skill with critical thinking mindset.
4. Highly-motivated individual who is passionate in providing value-added services to the group companies.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
