Your primary mission is to build talent management frameworks and enhance talent capabilities and career development programs to foster a high-performance team and leadership culture. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be leading the HR Digitalization Transformation for the Learning & Performance Module, driving innovation and efficiency in HR processes through the adoption of digital solutions.
