Manager, Talent, Learning and Organisational Development
Responsibilities:
Drive and deploy the implementation of talent assessments to facilitate effective identification of talent pools.
Create and execute succession planning strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
Facilitate quarterly Communities of Practice (CoPs) to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and dissemination of best practices among Talent, L&D, and OD practitioners.
Learning & Development (L&D):
Develop, manage and implement strategic Learning and Development (L&D) framework across the Group.
Identify development needs based on the data and analyses from various assessment tools/sources.
Collaborate and coordinate with the respective Divisions on the roll-out and implementation of Group’s Learning & Development initiatives (e.g., Leadership Development Programme, Coaching Management, etc.).
Support and participate in relevant benchmarking activities to ensure effectiveness of programmes implemented and identify areas for improvement.
Identify, manage, and implement Sime Darby’s Coaching intervention and be the key liaison to the pool of Coaches and Talent.
Drive and manage the functional requirements of HR systems and analytics to support and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organisational/HR capabilities.
Provide overall functional support to Line Managers in all matters related to L&D.
Coordinate and provide support on the administration and application of HRDC grants and claims.
Organisation Development (OD):
Manage employee engagement strategy that is aligned to organisation’s culture and strategic business intents.
Review employee engagement methodology and establish a consistent process with divisional HR to measure and address engagement gaps.
Deploy employee engagement programmes.
Manage Organisational Development (OD) framework and implement strategies.
Identify and develop Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned with Group’s mission, vision and values, including DEI assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership and division HR to design and implement DEI programmes, training, and policies that embed DEI principles into HR and business processes.
Manage EVP implementation strategy and measure effectiveness through employer brand positioning.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 8-10 years related working experience in HR with extensive exposure to Talent, Learning and Organisational Development initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership, communications and analytical skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-divisions and functional teams.
Digital literacy and knowledge in data analytics.
Exposure to Workday ERP Systems will be an added advantage.
