- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Identify high-potential employees and create structured succession planning strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce capabilities and future talent needs.

- Study employee turnover and propose retention strategies.
- Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback to enhance work culture.
- Ensure talent development policies and programs comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze workforce trends and implement HR strategies accordingly.
- Experience in HR analytics, learning & development, and employee engagement is an advantage.
