Role Purpose
The Recruitment Manager for Innovative Strategies at Malaysia Aviation Group plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition efforts. This position holds the primary responsibility of leading and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various functions within the company. The Recruitment Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge approaches to sourcing, selection, employer branding, and networking with various job agencies to enhance talent acquisition efforts while also improving the process and efficiency of the team.

Qualifications & Working Experience
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications is a plus.
A demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of experience in roles related to talent acquisition or other HR domains such as HR Business Partner, HR Talent Management, or HR Talent Outreach.
This experience should have a strong emphasis on innovative strategies and talent acquisition. While not mandatory, prior experience in the aviation industry or a related field is considered highly advantageous.
