Role Purpose
The Recruitment Manager for Innovative Strategies at Malaysia Aviation Group plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition efforts. This position holds the primary responsibility of leading and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various functions within the company. The Recruitment Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge approaches to sourcing, selection, employer branding, and networking with various job agencies to enhance talent acquisition efforts while also improving the process and efficiency of the team.

13. Lead negotiations with job candidates regarding employment offers.

Qualifications & Working Experience

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications is a plus.
2. A demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of experience in roles related to talent acquisition or other HR domains such as HR Business Partner, HR Talent Management, or HR Talent Outreach.
3. This experience should have a strong emphasis on innovative strategies and talent acquisition. While not mandatory, prior experience in the aviation industry or a related field is considered highly advantageous.
