Job description
Job Purpose

The Manager, Talent Acquisition, will lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires top talent to support business growth. This role will focus on optimizing the hiring process, expanding outreach to experienced professionals, and enhancing employer branding. With a particular emphasis on IT and technical hiring, the Manager will drive strategic workforce planning, mentor the recruitment team, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies – Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, particularly in IT and technical roles, through networking, headhunting, and digital recruitment tools.
  2. Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process – Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  3. Enhance Employer Branding – Strengthen the company’s presence in the job market through strategic employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, university collaborations, and social media engagement.
  4. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, develop targeted hiring plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Mentor & Develop Recruitment Team – Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruitment team.
  6. Leverage Data & Analytics – Utilize recruitment metrics and reporting to assess hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  7. Optimize Recruitment Technology – Ensure the effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven candidate screening tools, and other digital hiring platforms to streamline processes.
  8. Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives – Implement strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive hiring environment, ensuring equal opportunities for candidates.

Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on IT and technical hiring.
  3. Proven ability to attract, source, and hire experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
  4. Strong knowledge of industry hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and employment market insights.
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  6. Experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.
  7. Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, IT job boards, and HR analytics tools.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and reporting.
