Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure the hiring of the best fit candidates to fill vacancies.
  2. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  3. Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
  4. Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
  5. Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
  6. Review hiring proposals and negotiate salary offers to successful candidates.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies (i.e. Recruitment Policy and Procedure, BNM Employee Screening policy).
  8. Manage recruitment projects and initiatives as and when needed.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.
  10. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned as and when required.
Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, human resources management or related field.
  2. 8 or more years of experience in recruitment.
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  4. Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
  5. Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
  6. Proficiency with content management systems.
  7. Experience in managing recruitment projects and developing recruitment strategy.
