• Develop and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each sustainability initiative related to sustainable supply chain, energy efficiency & conservation (EE&C) measures, resource management and performance management (targets against results);
• Ensure alignment of sustainability initiatives to corporate strategy;
• Driving decarbonization efforts through reduction of energy consumption. Collaborate with relevant divisions to implement Energy Efficiency & Conservation initiatives;
• Establishing a baseline for water usage across all premises to gain deeper insights and effectively reduce consumption;
• Promote circular economy through the implementation of a comprehensive waste management strategy aimed at maximizing material reuse and minimizing waste generation.
• Assess the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices of partners, vendors, and suppliers across the supply chain. Ensure their business operations and performance on sustainability and ethical issues align with the Bank's commitment to fostering a safe, fair, and respectful work environment.
• Report performance to the relevant divisions for discussion and for execution improvement;
• Conduct strategic review and peer benchmarking for sustainability initiatives for industry comparison and analysis
