Assist to develop and drive the implementation of sustainability Strategy, Roadmap and Framework for the Corporation.
Lead the Secretariat for the cross-division/-functional Sustainability Taskforce / Council to enable knowledge sharing, collaboration, and partnerships on sustainability matters across the Corporation.
Monitor and update the sustainability performance, internal reports, and framework according to latest disclosure needs.
Coordinate the preparation of annual sustainability reports as well as other external sustainability communication materials.
Provide supports to divisions in relations to corporate sustainability matters.
Coordinate relevant sustainability training programme to build capacity towards successful implementation of Sustainability Roadmap and Strategy.
Qualification: Minimum degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience in in-house corporate sustainability.
Knowledge: Sustainability / ESG Strategy/ Roadmap, Sustainability / ESG Framework, Sustainability / ESG Reporting and Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis.
Skill: Experience in driving sustainability adoption by companies, strong listening and communication skills, both orally and written, interpersonal & research skills.
