Manager, Sustainability

We seek a strategic and innovative individual to drive our Corporation Sustainability Strategy. This role is crucial for developing and implementing our Sustainability Framework and Reporting, ensuring our initiatives align with our corporate values and objectives. The successful candidate will operationalise the strategy, fostering a culture of sustainability across the corporation and enhancing our commitment to responsible business practices. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist to develop and drive the implementation of the sustainability Strategy, Roadmap and Framework for the Corporation.
2. Lead the Secretariat for the cross-division/-functional Sustainability Taskforce / Council to enable knowledge sharing, collaboration, and partnerships on sustainability matters across the Corporation.
3. Monitor and update the sustainability performance, internal reports, and framework according to the latest disclosure needs.
4. Coordinate the preparation of annual sustainability reports and other external sustainability communication materials.
5. Provide supports to divisions in relation to corporate sustainability matters.
6. Coordinate relevant sustainability training programme to build capacity towards successful implementation of Sustainability Roadmap and Strategy.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in in-house corporate sustainability.
• Experience in Sustainability/ESG Strategy/Roadmap, Sustainability/ESG Framework, Sustainability/ESG Reporting and Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Financial Analysis.
• Proven ability to drive sustainability adoption within companies, alongside strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as interpersonal and research skills.
• Competence in writing, research, and presentation skills; analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented approach.
