Overview
The Manager, Supply Planning role is responsible for synchronizing demand and supply around certain product categories or specified SKU portfolios. This person acts as the primary contact, bridging the distributor and Production Planners at production facilities (CP and Contract manufacturers) and is responsible for the translation of the demand plan into inventory requirements within the supply network while optimizing customer service and carrying costs.

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration; B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Planning in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO/PPDS/IBP tools required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operations management.
Experience in systems configuration and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of SAP & APO.
Strong computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Excel, with competency in pivot tables and macro functionality).
Ensure business continuity by managing supply disruptions and demand surges.
