Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our Capital Markets team in Malaysia as a Manager/Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing capital markets transactions, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business in the region. You’ll focus on the development of our Capital Markets business specific to Development Land, Alternative Assets, Commercial Mid-Markets, and Agriculture Deals focusing on Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and other Real Estate exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals across various asset classes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the Malaysian real estate market.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present high-quality pitch materials, offering memorandums, and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the Malaysian real estate and capital markets sector.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the firm's client base and market share.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in transaction execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on the Malaysian market.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven track record in executing complex capital markets transactions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, Argus).
• Solid network within the Malaysian real estate and investment community.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
