• Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.
• Develop and implement firm methodology, policies, and SOPs.
• Lead an audit team and manage a portfolio, reporting to the partner.
• Plan and coordinate the audit jobs.
• Supervise and lead a team to complete the assigned tasks within the given deadline.
• Review works of subordinates to ensure job quality.
• Interact with clients to gather information and liaise with clients on any issues that arise.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Perform other audit & assurance engagements as assigned.
• Perform ad-hoc duties when necessary.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Possess the designation of Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in auditing.
• Have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and an analytical mind.
• Have good leadership qualities as well as being an effective team player.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with International Standards of Auditing, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, Malaysian Private Entity Reporting Standards, Companies Act 2016, and relevant statutory rules and regulations.
• Experience in leading the audit engagement of Public Interest Entities is a must.
• Experience in leading the engagement of Reporting Accountants in Initial Public Offering will be an added advantage.
• Experience in CCH ProSystem fx Engagement will be an added advantage.
