Develop, manage and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective production planning, product development and S&OP to achieve predetermined KPI and other measurement parameters.
Lead and innovate the S&OP process on a continual basis.
Review and encourage team to continuously improve on reliability (quality, quantity, delivery time etc.) of supply sources and backup sources.
Drive the end-to-end S&OP process across markets and sites ultimately converging in the Executive S&O.
Oversee supply planning and material planning process, coordinate with demand planning and drive optimum inventory control strategies.
Develop and drive the team to keep a high standard of 5S and Lean operations in SCM operations.
Develop and ensure the conformance of supply chain planning operations with ISO and other relevant international certification requirements of customers.
Lead cross-collaboration across functions (e.g. Sales & Purchasing) to ensure customer sales orders are shipped on time.
Customers’ inspection audits meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or planning function.
Experience in annual budget planning as well as data analysis, resources analysis and costing analysis.
Knowledge in manufacturing processes, carrier/ forwarder management, inventory management including raw materials right up to finished goods, continuous improvement methods (e.g. process mapping, 5S and Kaizen).
Ability to anticipate constraints during crisis, and proactively take actions to manage and overcome constraints.
