Job description

This role is to develop and manage overall E-Commerce channel & Sales operations to support sales growth acceleration for SCJ ASEAN Emerging Markets.

Product Assortment and Content Management for Ecommerce

  • Identify the right ecommerce portfolio and future opportunity.

  • Liaise with marketing, distributor & agency to enrich product content.

  • Tailor made exclusive portfolio and product content for priority customers.

Ecommerce Insight and Business Analysis

  • Liaise with research partners/account sales to reveal ecommerce consumer/channel insight.

  • Translate insight into business opportunities.

  • Lead business analysis for overall ecommerce channel: pure & play, brick & click, last milers, marketplace etc.

Media Buying

  • Accumulate knowledge for ecommerce banner buying.

  • Initiate to test & learn the efficiency of different types of media buying for ecommerce channel.

Liaise with ecommerce agency to propose and align execution KPI for top customers (Digital Shelf Tracking).

Responsible for EC sales across AEM markets working closely with country managers and distributors e com team to drive sales & market share growth in EC channel.

Responsible for overseeing the entire Sales Operations functions within AEM, and implementing strategy, action plans and controlling Route To Market (RTM) Strategy, In-Store Management, Sales Analytical Tools & Analysis and Category Management initiatives through the executions for identified Customers and core Channels.

Owns sales tools deployment and management, in conjunction with cluster marketing commercialization team, as well as sales analytics processes and work closely with Demand Planner to ensure sales forecasting accuracy.

Responsible to monitor overall Trade Spend Management (Gross to Net %) are within budget, implement process and action plan to monitor spending by account group as well as manage account receivable settlement.
