Oversee the entire property sales administration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales administration team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Manage sales documentation, including booking forms, sales and purchase agreements (SPAs), loan agreements, and other relevant contracts.
Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Monitor and track sales transactions, ensuring timely completion of administrative processes and financial disbursements.
Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve any issues related to sales administration and customer transactions.
Implement and oversee digital transformation initiatives to improve document processing and workflow automation.
Maintain a strong focus on customer experience by ensuring clear communication, prompt service, and resolution of inquiries related to sales administration.
Prepare regular reports and insights on sales administration performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in property sales administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Malaysia’s property laws, regulations, and sales processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem-solving.
Experience in digital transformation and process automation is an added advantage.
