Your Goal
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness resort. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and exceptional service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple departments, foster team development, and uphold the resort’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and wellness.
What you will be focusing on
- Operational Excellence
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize guest services, housekeeping, and facility management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.
Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Guest Experience & Service Quality
Lead the guest relations team to ensure a seamless and personalized stay for all visitors.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Develop and implement service excellence initiatives to enhance the overall resort experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
Foster a culture of teamwork, professional development, and exceptional service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Financial & Business Management
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
Work closely with the General Manager to implement business growth strategies. - Property & Facility Management
Ensure the resort’s infrastructure, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to promptly address any repairs or improvements.
Uphold sustainability and eco-friendly practices within the resort operations.
Ideal Applicant
- Experience & Education
Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and team management.
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and business strategy insight.
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a guest-centric culture.
Familiarity with luxury resort standards and service expectations.
