YOUR ROLE AS A:

As a Recruitment Manager, you're basically a talent-finding superhero, collaborating with a squad of rockstar recruiters to snatch up the best and brightest for AirAsia! You'll be throwing epic recruitment parties (okay, maybe just efficient processes) and analyzing data like a detective to ensure every hire is a home run, all while making sure your team is leveling up their skills to find those game-changing superstars!

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Engage with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs to enable effective external sourcing.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, gauging chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role. Manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, career portals, campus events, job fairs, etc.

  • Provide ideas and plans related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fit within the organization's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.

  • An advocate for employer branding. Actively seek out and share employee stories and testimonials, highlighting the positive aspects of working at the company.

  • Emphasize continuous improvement, ensuring ongoing education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment “best practices” and interview skills training.

  • Manage all data associated with the recruitment process. Utilize data-driven thinking and systematic approaches in achieving operational excellence.

  • With a passion for global recruiting, especially in APAC, you thrive on navigating diverse talent markets and regional vibes, adapting your approach to each unique hiring landscape.

  • Proficient in ATS like Phenom, Workday, and utilize LinkedIn to source for talents.

In this role, you’ll manage a bigger regional team and strategize group-wide initiatives and programs.
