Responsibilities:

1. Establish an independent quality system for PART-147 compliance.
2. Develop and implement quality audit programs.
3. Propose and ensure corrective actions are completed efficiently.
4. Address non-compliance issues with relevant managers and escalate unresolved discrepancies to the Accountable Manager.
5. Amend and notify changes to the Exposition and manuals.
6. Perform audits on subcontractors or training providers, ensuring compliance with CAAM requirements.
7. Liaise with external auditors, ensure corrective actions meet standards, and address findings from external audits.
8. Conduct quality assessments for training authorization holders and auditors.
9. Act as the point of contact with CAAM on Maintenance Training Organization requirements.
10. Serve as secretary and member of the Annual Review meeting.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by the superior.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of aviation experience, with at least 2 years in quality management or a related role.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of CAAM regulations, specifically Part 147 and quality management systems (QMS).
3. Familiarity with auditing processes and standards, including ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications.
4. A degree in aviation, engineering, quality management or any related field, or CAAM AML B1 or B2 certification is preferred.
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality systems and audit programs.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and oversee corrective actions.
7. Proficiency in using audit tools and software for quality monitoring and reporting.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and compliance.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with CAAM, management, and training teams.
10. Proficiency in English, with exceptional report-writing and presentation skills.
