The roles and responsibilities are primarily centered on the MABKargo organization, with a focus on upholding high standards of safety and quality across all operations. This includes overseeing compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, IATA, safety standards) to ensure operational adherence and safety. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining a quality management system (QMS) to ensure consistency and drive continuous improvement in operational processes and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
To ensure sustaining of MAB Kargo certification - Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Certification, Goods Distribution, Halal Certification, IATA Safety Audit Ground Operations (ISAGO).
To ensure maintaining MAB Kargo Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance aspects as well as DOSH requirements.
To ensure maintaining MAB Kargo Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance aspects in internal & external audit from MAG, Authorities & FOCA.
Ensure of MAB Kargo Manual & Procedure is current & updated according to Authorities CAAM CAG6010, CAGM6010, IATA AHM, IATA ICHM, IATA PCR, IATA LAR, IATA LBSG, IATA DGR, IATA TACT Rules, DOSH Rules & ISO Standard.
Minimum SPM / STPM with five (5) years working experience in the related field company.
Diploma / Degree with two (2) years working experience in safety & quality assurance.
Experience, understand & knowledgeable in overall safety & quality in terms of:
Civil Aviation Authority TAC, GHL & ISAGO.
International Organization of Standardization (IMS).
Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
Computer peripherals Excel, Word, Power Point.
Certified IATA DGR.
Certified IATA DGR Instructor.
Certified Train the Trainer and able to conduct training.
Areas Experience
Experience in Quality Assurance & Safety aviation.
Experience in Quality Assurance & Safety auditing.
Experience in permit, license & certification from CAAM Authority, IATA, Certified Certification Body for ISO, GDP, HALAL.
