Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with organizational goals, including sourcing, supplier management and cost saving initiatives.
• Enhance procurement efficiency by monitoring completion times and assessing the impact of process improvements.
• Foster and maintain robust supplier relationships through effective contract negotiations and performance management.
• Identify and capitalize on cost saving opportunities by optimizing procurement processes and strategic sourcing.
• Ensure procured goods and services adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance, managing defects and complaints.
• Supervise and guide the team to monitor inventory to optimize inventory levels and mitigate shortages.
• Manage procurement budgets, contribute to financial forecasting and evaluate budget compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or logistics, preferably in Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make decisions to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Pro-active in identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain the smooth operation of supply chain processes.
• Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in order processing, inventory management and data maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
