Job Summary
Role is expected to manage the Pricing and security Setup team within SSM. Data Service Delivery provides security Masterfile as well as pricing data to RBC I&TS core business systems globally. The activity is covered on a 24/5 basis through a Follow The Sun model with a presence in Asia, Europe and North America.

Job Description

• Responsible for global price delivery for North America, Continental European and Asian clients (Global pricing model)
• Responsible to develop and create the center of excellence, CPS & MDF (future EDM) in Malaysia.
• Support America's offshore model through CPS & MDF (future EDM)
• Take on critical role in assisting and facilitation of the TOM for DSD Malaysia
• Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - First level of escalation
• Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation and setting clear business objectives for all reports appraisals
• Promote quality client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year
