Functional (job responsibilities):

• Supervise a sales team with a span of control between 1:10 to 1:25.
• Motivate, coach and inspire team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from sales executives.
• Monitor sales executives' performance and review individual goals based on their performance reports.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, system coaching and ensure familiarization on program specifications.
• Carry out projects in a professional manner as required.
• Prepare, tabulate and compute sales incentive payments with accuracy to curb financial loss.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities):

• Align and support the Bank's and department's vision and objectives to achieve common goals.
• Uphold a rigid approach on checks and controls to mitigate risk management.
• Maintain the Bank's integrity and credibility at all times by carrying out duties professionally.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities):

• Ensure department controls are in place and process flows comply with audit, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Respect the HLB culture and take an active role in the communities.

Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field.
• 2-3 years in a relevant sales department.
