Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit new merchants, specifically key accounts.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunity.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with respect to merchant acquiring services.
• Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business or projects.
• Conduct sales and service support for existing merchants.
• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and requests (e.g. payment, machine, Merchant Discount Rate, etc.).
• Encourage merchants to drive terminal activity.
• Provide support to branches for merchant business-related inquiries.
• Participate in strong teamwork and working relationships with colleagues at all times.
• Comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business-related studies.
• Candidates with experience in the merchant acquiring business will have an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial sales & business development (1-3 years).
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate, self-disciplined, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
