Work closely with service provider to process all daily outgoing and incoming payments and monitoring swift messages to ensure all messages had been attended.
Organise daily workflow and system to ensure timeline is met in accordance to the cut-off time and perform end day reconciliation.
Check and authorise all transactions in accordance to the authorisation limits.
Ensure compliance with the related policy, procedures and manual at all times with no breaches.
Comply and abide by the requirement of the AML/CFT.
Complete and/or update relevant reports accurately and on timely basis.
Review and update the payment manual to reflect the updated processes and practices.
Work closely with the business and business support units to achieve the required turnaround time and customer's expectation without compromising on the Bank's interest.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 3 years of experience handling payment and swift related messages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Computer literate with good command in MS Office.
Preferably able to read and write Mandarin.
