Manager, Operations & Administration

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a key member for our growing global fund management group. You will assist senior management in all areas of the company's management and operations, including day-to-day operations, legal and regulatory matters, human resources, customer relationship management, fund administration, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience with a strong degree in Law, Accounting, IT/Computer Science, or Business Administration. Experience in managing a small office or team is advantageous.
• You should have a pleasant personality, as you will be required to handle people at various levels. The learning curve is steep, and the job demands unwavering commitment, high energy, resourcefulness, and integrity.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel.
