Above-the-Line (ATL) Initiatives

  • Plan and execute large-scale marketing campaigns across traditional channels, including TV, radio, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for media buying and creative development to maximize campaign reach and impact.
  • Monitor the performance of ATL campaigns using analytics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Initiatives

  • Develop targeted campaigns such as direct mail, email marketing, and community outreach programs to drive engagement with specific audience segments.
  • Organize and promote BTL activities, including open days, academic fairs, and student-focused events, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create personalized marketing materials and maintain a database of key stakeholders for targeted communications.

Collaboration with Digital and Online Marketing

  • Partner with the Digital and Online Marketing Manager to align ATL/BTL efforts with digital campaigns for maximum synergy.
  • Provide input on social media, website content, and SEO strategies to support communication objectives.
  • Collaborate on analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Monitor brand perception through feedback, surveys, and analytics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Event Coordination and Promotion

  • Lead promotional efforts for university events, including graduation ceremonies, open days, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and media coverage.
  • Design pre-event and post-event communication strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.

Budget

  • Manage the ATL and BTL budget efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing communications and PR, with a track record of managing both ATL and BTL campaigns.
