Job description

OVERVIEW

  1. Responsible for branding, digital marketing, event logistics, promotional materials, brand consistency, cross-department collaboration, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support sales growth and achieve the company's goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective branding strategies to strengthen Hartalega's brand identity and positioning.
  3. Monitor, research, and analyse market trends and competitors.
  4. Identify new product and market opportunities.
  5. Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimise accordingly, and report findings.
  6. Utilise digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance (QAS), Research and Development (R&D), etc., for integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  8. Responsible for event management, such as booking trade fairs, liaising with exhibition booth designers and contractors, handling logistics, managing budgets, and presenting post-event reports.
  9. Create, oversee, and manage the design and production of high-quality promotional materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, videos, etc., ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  10. Maintain the stock ordering system for promotional materials.
  11. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  12. Optimise website and online content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  13. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  14. Develop, update, and maintain the company website.
  15. Monitor brand reputation and address any issues or concerns promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare products sector.
  3. Knowledge of the PPE industry both locally and globally is preferable.
  4. Understanding of the competitive landscape in targeted countries, including competitors' positioning, strategies, and differentiators.
  5. Experience in managing events and trade exhibitions.
  6. Proficiency in campaign management and analysing return on investment (ROI).
  7. Conducting brand audits across all Hartalega's businesses globally to ensure brand integrity and consistent implementation.
  8. In-depth knowledge of Hartalega's brand management and marketing strategies.
  9. Experience in developing marketing materials.
  10. Ability to plan marketing approaches that enhance the Hartalega brand.
