Description
Your job duties will include:
- Leading and managing a team within Loan Administration and Payments, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and adherence to productivity standards.
- Overseeing compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure completion of regional regulatory reports in line with established policies.
- Monitor and manage team performance, guiding and motivating members to meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Manage operational risks and address technical issues in collaboration with system support.
- Provide clear communication and regular performance evaluations to the team.
- Ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Contribute to system testing and other initiatives for continuous improvement within the department.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be willing and able to work USA hours (9pm - 6pm, and Daylight Savings 10pm - 7am).
- Have some experience in people management.
- Possess a high working knowledge and understanding of Loan Administration, ideally with experience working within an international bank.
- Exhibit great communication and people skills.
