Lead and manage the Human Resource strategy and planning activities in alignment with Petrosains’ strategic directions, which includes supporting the company’s strategic plan, process improvement and work excellence, talent strategy development, talent analytic and reporting, talent solution development, management, and organizational design, to achieve long-term Petrosains business targets and growth.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

HR Strategic Plan

  • Lead and manage the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and special projects to align with the company’s transformation and goals through diagnosis. Diagnose organizational issues and implement solutions to enhance performance in order to support the company’s strategic plan.

Process Improvement and Work Excellence

  • Lead initiatives to enhance HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • Develop and lead the talent strategy to improve the company’s employee value proposition, prioritizing critical talent needs to meet business priorities and growth objectives.

Talent Analytics and Reporting

  • Lead talent analytics and develop comprehensive reports for strategic workforce planning and management. Drive integrated HR performance reporting and recommend intervention plans to ensure timely completion of company deliverables.

Integrated Talent Solution

  • Lead and manage the integrated talent solutions development by translating human capital strategy into special talent interventions/programs that address the diverse and changing needs of business and workforce requirements.

Job Management and Organizational Design

  • Plan and strategize the job management and organizational design through consistent review and benchmarking exercises to ensure the company remains sustainable and relevant to support its corporate business needs and PETRONAS/Board’s direction in a manner that will contribute significantly to its functionality in a science centre industry and also as a PETRONAS-owned company.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in human resource management / business administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in human resource management or business administration or their related areas.
  • Broad understanding of the business value chain and able to assimilate easily with different stakeholders.
  • Leading multiple areas of HR Value Chain or Enterprise projects/initiatives.
  • Strong networking within the Oil & Gas Industry, and other industries as relevant; both locally and globally, is an advantage.
