Provide support to employees across all relevant A1HSB entities, handling highly sensitive matters related to compensation and benefits.
Oversee general HR administration, communications, talent management, and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with Talent Management/Acquisition team and the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) for tasks requiring coordination or cascading with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for Corp and Malaysia Head Office (MYHO), especially in dealings with external vendors related to compensation and benefits, such as insurer TPA and payroll vendors.
Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) for CMC Corp and MYHO line managers and employees for all relevant HR matters, ensuring smooth HR processes and providing guidance as needed.
Lead and drive continuous improvements in payroll services delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., hospital HR teams) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Serve as one of the checkers for multi-payroll runs, performing regular audits and checks to ensure proper compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
Generate periodic HR reports, including FTE, budget, payroll summaries, cost allocation, and ledger reports, adhering to scheduled timelines and standards.
Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required, particularly when it pertains to sensitive employee data (e.g., compensation, medical utilization, etc.).
Ensure that all reports are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Provide support to the Rewards team in various HR administration tasks and projects, including but not limited to:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HR operations role or a managerial position.
Proven experience in managing HR functions, including payroll, rewards & benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
Experience with HR software (e.g., Orisoft, Workday, SAP or similar).
Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
