Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and day-to-day HR & administrative operations.
Manage and supervise security and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Manage submissions for PERKESO, insurance claims, and general insurance matters for employees and the company.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company strategies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HRA and ISO documentation filing.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource and General Administration.
Good command and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess current HR practices and drive improvements.
Committed, proactive, resourceful, and able to take on challenges and responsibilities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
A team player with a strong sense of accountability.
