Job Description:

• Authorizes and monitors daily trade transactions within TE2000, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Tracks payments, monitors past due bills, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Examines trade documents and verifies daily reports, maintaining accurate records.
• Provides help desk support to customers and facilitates on-the-job training for subordinates.
• Conducts self-audits and performs regular physical balancing of financial records.

Managerial:

• Maintains high staff morale and motivation by promoting bank values and standards.
• Provides comprehensive training to develop staff expertise.
• Ensures the delivery of excellent service to both internal and external clients.
• Implements improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks within trade operations.
• Effectively resolves all process-related trade issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • Economics
  • Commerce
  • Or equivalent
• Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
• At least 5 years experience in Trade Operations.

Skills:

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Fluency in oral and written English language.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Detail oriented.
